I was so Excited I was finally getting my surgery done called All on 4. I’ve been praying for such a long time and the day was finally here. A couple days before surgery Mr. Jordan called me. He was very caring and sincere and went over everything with me so I knew before hand what was going to happen. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me.

In my past experiences going under anesthesia was always a problem for me. I either wake up during surgery or got very sick afterwards until I met this Wonderful Outstanding caring Team!!

Ashley (one of their nurse anesthesiologists) was kindhearted, soft spoken, easy going, and easy to talk to. She explained step by step what she was going to do. She put my mind at ease. She gave me an IV and after that I think I got into the comfy chair and I don’t remember anything else just when they woke me up. I didn’t get up during surgery or feel sick afterwards. I felt really good! :)

Ashley was Amazing. Very caring and excellent at her job. I’m so very thankful that I’ve met her. My experience was excellent!

If I ever need anesthesia again I know where to go. Thank you so much for all your support. You made it possible for me to have a great experience going under anesthesia.

Michael,

I just wanted to say thank you for the Great Job you did on Monday morning.

FYI . . I am feeling good and doing great on Tuesday . . just one day after surgery.

You said that you love your Job and I understand.

No doubt Edward Halusic thinks highly of you.

I used to be an Automatic Transmission Rebuilder who took as much pride in my job rebuilding as well as also understanding the theory of Mechanical operation, Hydraulic controls as well as electronic sensors and controls.

It really makes a difference when you love doing your Job and also understand it.

I will be seeing Edward Halusic for a follow up visit on Aug 1st. to tell him about the Great Job he did.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Mike for the extra care prior to me going under anesthesia. It’s always scary but he called me a few days before and already had gone over my medical background which made the process easier. The day of my procedure I of course was nervous but Mikes calming presence made me relax and enjoy my nap. The best part was I woke right up and had no after effects except a little normal dizziness. I would hope that if I ever need anesthesia again our paths will cross. Thanks Mike.
